Finance systems
Scenario models, cash forecasting, pricing and cost intelligence, reconciliations, management reporting, and decision tools leaders can audit.
Finance intelligence · Operating systems · Applied AI
Predictive Lines helps owners and leadership teams understand the numbers, redesign the workflow, and build the tools—connecting finance, operations, data, and AI from strategy through execution.
What we build
Not a slide deck handed to someone else. Predictive Lines can frame the decision, map the process, model the economics, connect the systems, and ship the automation.
Scenario models, cash forecasting, pricing and cost intelligence, reconciliations, management reporting, and decision tools leaders can audit.
Agents and workflows that connect email, calendars, tasks, documents, communications, accounting data, and internal knowledge—with humans in control.
Practical Python, SQL, API, and MCP integrations that replace fragile handoffs, preserve source traceability, and surface exceptions.
Discovery, process redesign, roadmaps, controls, documentation, and adoption support for organizations navigating growth or transition.
Selected work
Specialty contractor · Finance & operations
Built a three-statement model connecting revenue, labor, union benefits, headcount, debt service, working capital, liquidity, and downside cases—then connected the surrounding work through controlled AI and API workflows.
Managed cloud services · Cost intelligence
Combined financial, contract, licensing, and configuration data across more than 30,000 endpoints to improve decision quality, compliance, and recurring cost performance.
Technology services · Product economics
Built pricing and cost models, product standards, and operating structures supporting more than $50M in recurring contracts and teams of 100+ people.
How we work
01Reconcile source systems before automating the answer.
02Design the process before adding the technology.
03Keep people in the loop for consequential actions.
04Make assumptions, failures, and recovery paths visible.
05Build the specific solution, then extract reusable patterns.
About Predictive Lines
Predictive Lines is led by Justin Miller, a finance and technology operator with 18+ years across financial analysis, business intelligence, product leadership, operations, and consulting.
The work lives between traditional categories: part finance transformation, part systems engineering, part operating design. That is deliberate. Most hard business problems do not respect departmental boundaries.
